CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is very important to us here at New Look Hair Studio. We hold your appointments just for you, and we ask that if you must cancel or reschedule, you kindly provide us with 24-hour notice. We understand that unavoidable circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. However, please be advised that our cancellation and no-show fees are as follows:

• Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved appointment(s).
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount.

RETURN POLICY

At New Look Hair Studio, our extensions and closures are carefully quality inspected before shipping. All hair products are final sale and cannot be returned due to Federal laws regarding health and sanitation.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and typically take 3-5 business days to arrive. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
